We offer free hearing tests designed to diagnose various types of hearing loss. Whether or not you have noticed a recent drop in your hearing, a hearing test is a great way to get peace of mind. If we do diagnose a problem with your hearing, we will provide quality care and treatment that works for you.
Wax Removal Service
In some cases, the main cause of hearing loss is a build of wax in the ear canal. Fortunately, excessive ear wax can be removed through a simple and painless procedure. We offer ear wax removal carried out by a trained audiologist with years of experience in the field.
Hearing Devices & Aftercare
Included in our audiology service is comprehensive aftercare based on your needs as a patient. Tailoring a hearing device to your unique hearing profile is a fine art and aftercare appointments allow us to check up on your hearing and chat with you about how your device is working for you. Our expert audiologist will talk you through any necessary changes and give you helpful advice for managing your hearing device.

After starting as an optical apprentice, Chloe quickly found her love for audiology and became a HCA, moving on to complete her degree as a hearing aid dispenser. Chloe has worked in both NHS and private hearing care. In more recent years, she has focussed on solely private hearing care as she appreciates that the pace of work privately allows her to spend all the time she needs with her patients to ensure the most premium and quality service is provided. Chloe's main focus is always her patient and she gets great pleasure from helping people.
Personal
Outside of work, Chloe is very family orientated and spends all her time with her partner, friends and family. She goes to a bootcamp which has given her some focus outside of work to do something for herself.
